Overseer Council
The Overseer Council, commonly referred to as the O5 Council, is a select group of highly skilled individuals tasked with overseeing and managing their respected departments within the Foundation. Each Overseer has clearance levels comparable to those of the Administrator and holds ultimate responsibility for their department and its leadership team. The O5 Council is also in charge of the betterment of the Foundation as a whole and has the authority to change it as they see fit.

What's up! I'm O5-4, oversight of civil services; since my early days in the SCP genre, I've only been able to conceive my role as an O5 Council for a large Foundation, and Artemis has provided me with that dream. My focus lies in UI design and scripting, where I blend creativity with technical know-how to deliver high-quality results. Leading the team and driving innovation is what I do best, and I take pride in balancing functionality with a seamless user experience.
